1. Book your consultation 

Simply click the button to get started, complete the intake form and book your initial welcome call. 

2. Log Into Your Private Online Portal

You’ll receive access to a private online portal that allows you to log in and begin tracking. 

3. Receive Your Customized Nutrition Plan 

Once you've began tracking, we’ll schedule your consultation within 3 days to go over the data provided, help you identify areas of improvement, deliver a customized plan that will help you lose weight and go over any additional questions you may have. 


Will I have access to you for any questions?

Yes, in your online portal, there will is an option to either email or chat with me. 

How long do I need to track food?

I ask that you log into the portal and track food for three days as this will better help me understand your daily intake and habits before helping you create a plan specifically for you.

Do you work with women and men?

Yes, I work with everyone from all backgrounds. 

Is this only for people wanting to lose weight?

Yes, I specialize in weight loss. More specifically in helping those who are looking to lose at least 25lbs. 

How is this different from other weight loss programs?

This is a completely customized and personalized approach so you won’t receive a cookie-cutter template with meal plans. We work together to help you come up with a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle so you can finally say goodbye to yo-yo dieting. 

What if I would like more on-going support or more accountability?

I offer a nutrition and lifestyle coaching program. If you decide that you’d like to continue working together, your investment from the nutrition consultation will be credited towards your account.
