My name is Natalie

As a holistic nutritionist, I'm here to help you get to the root of your weight issues so you can not just lose weight but keep it off!

If you have been struggling with your weight for years, you are not alone!

I struggled with my weight starting at just 11 years old and gained 70lbs between high school and my freshman year in college. I've tried multiple diets, lost 66lbs, regained it  and spent years weight cycling and yo-yo dieting. 

Finally, I learned that if I wanted to stop watching the scale go up, I needed to truly focus on creating a  healthier lifestyle and relationship with food. 

By focusing on a more holistic approach to weight loss, I've lost 145lbs --- 88lbs in the first weight loss journey and 57lbs pregnancy.

In my simple 3-step approach, I help you lose weight by focusing on mindfulness, simple nutrition and effective lifestyle strategies that fit your busy and demanding lifestyle so you can finally shed that stubborn weight for good!
